Private beta terms
These terms set expectations for using TalentLink Football during the private beta. By creating an account, users agree to use the platform professionally and honestly.
Draft policy notice: this page is general private-beta guidance for TalentLink Football and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before a large public launch.
TalentLink Football is currently a private beta. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or removed while features are tested and improved.
Accounts are role-based. Players, scouts, clubs, academies, agents, and admins must choose a role that accurately reflects how they intend to use the platform.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use TalentLink Football.
TalentLink Football provides discovery, profile, media, messaging, and scouting workflow tools. It does not guarantee trials, contracts, scouting outcomes, player selection, transfer opportunities, academy placement, representation, scholarships, or employment.
Users are responsible for independently checking the identity, authority, and legitimacy of any person, club, scout, academy, or agent they communicate with.
Users must provide accurate account and profile information and must not impersonate another person, club, academy, agency, scout, or organization.
Player profiles should describe real football experience, age, nationality, position, club status, and performance information truthfully. Clubs, scouts, academies, and agents must not misrepresent recruitment authority or affiliation.
Users are responsible for the photos, videos, text, links, and profile information they upload. Users must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, display, and share that content through TalentLink Football.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant TalentLink Football a limited license to host, process, display, and make that content available inside the service for profile, scouting, messaging, moderation, support, and security purposes.
Users must not upload copyrighted match footage, broadcast clips, music, club logos, professional photos, or third-party media unless they own it or have clear permission to use it.
TalentLink Football may remove unauthorized, harmful, impersonating, infringing, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate content from the platform.
Messaging and watchlists are provided for professional scouting, recruitment, development, and football networking use. Users must not spam, harass, solicit money, request inappropriate material, or pressure other users.
Private messages are not public, but they may be reviewed by admins when necessary for safety, moderation, support, abuse reports, or legal compliance.
TalentLink Football may restrict accounts, remove content, disable uploads, or suspend access when needed to protect users, investigate reports, or keep the beta trustworthy.
Users may request account deletion through the Contact page or by emailing talentlink.support@gmail.com. TalentLink Football will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Backups may retain limited data for up to 90 days for security, recovery, and legal obligations. TalentLink Football may retain minimal records where needed to prevent abuse, enforce policies, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Copyright owners or authorized representatives can report suspected infringement by contacting talentlink.support@gmail.com. Reports should include the content URL, the copyrighted work, ownership or authorization details, contact information, and the action requested. TalentLink Football will acknowledge copyright reports within 7 business days.
Users can also report impersonation, fake profiles, unauthorized use of a name or image, or unsafe recruitment conduct through the Contact page or by emailing talentlink.support@gmail.com.
Users who repeatedly upload content they do not have permission to use may lose access to uploads or to the platform.
