When contacting support, include your account email, role, the page or profile involved, a short description of the issue, and screenshots or links when helpful.
For account deletion, profile removal, uploaded media removal, or data correction requests, use this Contact page or email talentlink.support@gmail.com. TalentLink Football will complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
Backups may retain limited data for up to 90 days for security, recovery, and legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, payment details, government identity documents, or sensitive personal documents through ordinary support messages unless a verified process is later added.
Report harassment, impersonation, suspicious recruitment, pressure for money, unsafe messages, or abuse to talentlink.support@gmail.com. Include usernames, links, screenshots, and the reason for the report.
TalentLink Football may review profile content and message context when investigating safety or moderation issues.
To report copyrighted photos, videos, broadcast clips, logos, music, or match footage uploaded without permission, contact talentlink.support@gmail.com. Include the content URL, a description of the protected work, proof of ownership or authorization, and the requested action. TalentLink Football will acknowledge copyright reports within 7 business days.
TalentLink Football may remove reported content during review and may restrict accounts that repeatedly upload content without permission.
Report fake profiles, unauthorized use of a name or image, misleading club or scout claims, or profiles created without permission to talentlink.support@gmail.com. Include profile links, screenshots, and a short explanation of the concern.
Young users must follow the minimum age and guardian-consent requirements described in the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
TalentLink Football cannot guarantee trials, contracts, scouting outcomes, selection, recruitment replies, or club or academy decisions.
Users should independently verify every opportunity before traveling, paying fees, sharing personal documents, or making career decisions.
